The Silver Surfer has had numerous full series and miniseries, but the cover to the first issue from his first miniseries stands as one of the best.
It was illustrated by Jean Giraud, better known as Moebius, and represents a different style of artwork unfamiliar to much of the industry thanks to the prominent use of lining and cross-hatching.
