The main villain in the 1985 DC comic book series of the same name was known as the Anti-Monitor, and the CW version will be no different. This information was released at San Diego Comic Con and was also accompanied by concept art.
LaMonica Garrett, the actor who played The Monitor, the Anti-Monitor’s less villainous brother from the Elseworlds crossover, is set to play the villain in the crossover event.
In the comic book series, the Anti-Monitor wreaked havoc for the multiverse and its brave heroes. We can only assume that the same will be true in the upcoming crossover.
