Comp: Win Alfred Hitchcock's PSYCHO on Blu-ray
Alfred Hitchcock's seminal horror picture Psycho turns 50 this year and here at OWF we are running a series of articles to commemorate the half-century landmark. I hope you had chance to catch Stuart Cummins' excellent 50 Reasons Why Psycho Is The Greatest Movie of All Time article last week and it's just the beginning, the starter for the main course treats of what are to come. Universal Home Video are issuing Psycho on Blu-ray next week in the U.K, the first of Hitch's masterpieces to make the high-def upgrade on Blu-ray. For the first time you can see Janet Leigh slashed in High Def 1080p (though you still won't see any penetration), the famous Bates Motel setting, Anthony Perkins' twisted collection of stuffed birds and you will be able to hear the clear crisp sound of Bernard Hermann's terrifying score. We are giving away TWO copies of the exciting Blu-ray release to our loyal readers. Here's your chance to win, just answer the following question; Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho, which turns 50 this year, was released when?
