Every Villain The Arrowverse Has Teased But Not Used

Wonder Woman is the only member of DC's Trinity to not appear in the Arrowverse, and may not do so for a while due to Gal Gadot's big-screen interpretation of the character. However, if the Arrowverse chooses to giving the Amazing Amazon screen time, pitting her against mythological sorceress Circe would be an inspired decision.

The character Circe Sionis (daughter of Roman Sionis/Black Mask) may have been a reference to the time where the sorceress and Gotham crime lord were lovers until she lost her powers and was forced to wear a mask to hide her identity in a manner similar to how Kate Kane was forced to wear Circe Sionis' face as a twisted version of a mask.

Adapting the actual sorceress for a DCEU Wonder Woman storyline may be more fitting than an Arrowverse appearance due to Diana's absence in the latter franchise, but a brief role for Circe would be a fitting means to expand the Arrowverse's mystical side.
