You know what's better than having a detachable arm that you can beat people with? Having two regular arms that can hold a baseball bat to beat people with twice the leverage. Just saying.

Yes, Arm Fall Off Boy's superpower is exactly what it says on the tin, which is to say that he has detachable limbs that can be used to hit others. That's it. They couldn't even think of interesting things to do with the character, either -- there's one point in the comics where he gets to try out for the Legion of Superheroes, but fails the final test when he gets all panicky and literally falls apart. It almost makes you think that they created the entire superhero just so that they could include that one sight gag.

He basically has no redeeming qualities and is one of the very few superheroes with powers that arguably make him less powerful than just being a regular person.
