MI6 super spy James Bond gets detected at a Soviet chemical weapons facility and has to make a daring escape. He see the empty plane he is planning to use about to fly straight down a cliff. Unperturbed, he grabs a motorbike, races towards the steep precipice, drives off the cliff, and skydives after the falling plane using it to fly to safety.

It proved once again that nothing could stop Bond, not even physics and logic.

Despite being completely unrealistic, it is done with such style and craft that even M would be amazed. The stunt work is impeccable with actual shots of skydivers closing in on a falling plane. The cinematography beautiful with Bond clad in black blanketed by snow covered mountains too.

It’s all capped of by a suave Pierce Brosnan performance highlighting Bond’s cool demeanor barely shaken and stirred. Ultimately this is what we want from the cinema, heroic feats that would be impossible anywhere else.

Our minds were spouting how ludicrous the moment was but our hearts were pumped up and we couldn’t wait to see what breathtaking madness was next.
