Who Is He?: A young Irish actor known for starring in a number of small films from his home country, the most famous of which was What Richard Did, earning him a handful of plaudits from critics and viewers the world over. His first Hollywood role was in the recent tepid Vince Vaughn comedy vehicle Delivery Man. But it's going to be a great year for Reynor, because he was handpicked by Michael Bay (who, believe it or not, actually sat down and watched What Richard Did) to star in his upcoming summer blockbuster Transformers: Age of Extinction. Though there is enormous pressure in being one of the prime faces of an expensive, effects-heavy tentpole film, as well as having to star opposite Mark Wahlberg, if Reynor's prior work is anything to go by, he'll knock it out of the park and become one of the next big young actors out there.
