Alexander (2004) is yet another example of a too young actor playing a mom. While, Aquaman had the excuse of having Queen Atlanna being an Atlantean and therefore not bound by the rules of human aging, Alexander does not.

Alexander is supposed to be based on an actual historical figure. Alexander the Great is played by Colin Farrell, he is just a single year younger than Angelina Jolie, who plays his mother.

The actual historical Queen Olympias would have been about 20-years-old when she first gave birth to Alexander. The similarity in age of the two actors is uncomfortably obvious.
