Despite featuring in the Star Wars movies as one of the most iconic characters ever, Mark Hamill has made a great (and arguably unexpected) career out of being a voice actor, and rarely appears on-screen in live-action movie roles. That's set to change when Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens hits theatres at the end of the year and Hamill reprises what is without a doubt his most famous filmic role: that of Jedi Luke Skywalker. Set to become one of the biggest movies ever made, this long-awaited entry in the Star Wars saga will presumably position Hamill as a mysterious hermit in the vein of his old master, Obi-Wan Kenobi - a mentor for a new generation. It's bizarre to think that Hamill is going to feature as Luke again, all these years later; no doubt that his turn in the upcoming blockbuster will thrust him back into the limelight - and with it, the opportunity to feature in a bunch more movies (if he wants to, that is).
