3. Charlie Sheen
Charlie Sheen is the current King of Crazy, having managed to turn his clear insanity into something that's profitable, what with his Anger Management show and the fact that his acting career has even seen something of a resurgence since his idiosyncratic TV interviews aired several years ago. Sheen went on TV to talk about his substance abuse issues and came out an Internet sensation, with his countless zingers ("I was bangin' seven gram rocks!", "I'm bi-winning") quickly establshing Sheen as a staple of Internet memes. Sheen's substance abuse is well documented, as well as his numerous liaisons with strippers, yet he somehow managed to wed and pro-create with Denise Richards of all people. Prior to this, he was engaged to Kelly Preston, but of course, ended up shooting her in the arm, so the engagement was called off not long after that. After a severe career downturn in the 1990s, Sheen returned to success with the immensely popular show Two and a Half Men - the highest paid acting gig in TV - before being fired from it due to his erratic behaviour. Still, we imagine he'll be living the good life for a while, being as crazy as ever.
