Mark Hamill is already one of the best comic-book villain actors ever. His portrayal of the Joker in the Batman animated series, multiple films and all of the Arkham games is so iconic that it's hard not to read Jokers words in Mark's voice.

That being said in regards to live-action, he is unlikely to take the part of the Joker; however, the position of Jervis Tetch could be the perfect substitution for this role.

Mark is undeniably fun to watch, and he loves playing villains, so not only would he enjoy playing this role, but he suits it perfectly. A lot of his later performances also prove that he can be extremely versatile as a live-action actor, and his ability to generate a plethora of voices would mean the character he creates would be unique and expressive.
