1. Ben Foster - The Turncoat

The Role: Nobody plays crazy quite like Ben Foster, often adopting a more seductive, charming persona that soon enough gives way to violent mania, which would make him a perfect candidate to play a Cipher-esque turncoat role.

Foster has been quietly becoming one of his generation's most impressive character actors, and this could be an absolutely delicious part for him to chew on.

How Likely Is It?: Well, Foster put himself through Warcraft so we know he's not too discriminating about blockbuster fare, and he's not too busy for the foreseeable future. Warner might want to opt for a more bankable star to play one of the movie's villains, but it's also becoming increasingly difficult for studios to ignore how damn good Foster is. 6/10
