10 Actors Whose Credibility Has Suffered The Most In 2017 (So Far)

Nobody has even seen Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo, the role that will potentially make him a household name with the release of the yet untitled Star Wars spin-off flick, set to feature everyone's favourite scruffy-looking nerf herder.

Whereas his performance in the Coen Brother's Hail, Caesar! convinced most of us that Ehrenreich was the right man for the job (he essentially stole the movie), a recent - and very unexpected - announcement has since thrown rattled the world's confidence: according to reports, Disney went out and hired an acting coach to work with the actor because they were "disappointed" was his performance. Uh-oh.

Not only is this news sure to knock Ehrenreich's confidence, it hasn't done much for his credibility - especially since he's relatively unknown, and has a lot to prove stepping into the shoes of one of cinema's most beloved characters.

Credibility, after all, weights heavily on whether folk feel they can rely on you and trust in your abilities, and the sudden mention of an acting coach is arguably the most concerning thing surrounding the recent Han Solo film debacle, what with directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller being removed from the project.

If you weren't already worried about Ehrenreich, chances are that you are now.
