3. Nathan Fillion - Deadpool & Wolverine

A Real Pain Jennifer Grey

It's the understatement of the century to say that Deadpool & Wolverine is one of the most cameo-packed films in the history of the MCU - if not cinema as a whole - but the overwhelming majority of these appearances draw total attention to themselves.

Nobody came away from the film missing, say, Wesley Snipes, Jennifer Garner, or Channing Tatum, and even the subtler voiceover roles from the likes of Matthew McConaughey and Blake Lively - as Cowboypool and Ladypool respectively - were fairly easy to spot.

There is one exception, though, and that's Firefly and Castle star Nathan Fillion, who lends his voice to another of the wild Deadpool variants featured in the film's third act - Headpool.

Headpool is exactly what you think he is - a floating severed Deadpool head powered by a propeller - and he also gets a few quick lines of dialogue, with Fillion ultimately doing the deed.

Fillion voice isn't super recognisable in the grand scheme of things - especially compared to the likes of McConaughey - and so he's easily missed here.

While we expect to see Fillion show up in any MCU film directed by his good pal James Gunn, a random Deadpool sequel? Not quite.
