Who doesn't love a little Wallace and Gromit? Nick Park's brilliant, extremely successful series of short films eventually gave way to a full feature in 2005's Curse of the Were-Rabbit, in which the titular duo seek to stop the beast who plots to sabotage an annual giant vegetable growing contest. With outstanding visuals, a barmy plot and the character warmth we've become accustomed to from Aardman over the years, the movie was a critical hit, and more surprisingly, a huge financial win, making its budget back more than six-fold. Still, if there's one property on this list that won't succumb to corporate pressure, it's Wallace and Gromit. Given how infrequently they grace our screens (due to the lengthy production process of stop-motion animation), it's safe to say that we may be waiting a while longer for anything from the delightful team.
