2. Jeffrey Dahmer (Dahmer)
Jeffrey Dahmer is number two on this list for a few reasons. The first being the vicious acts he committed. Like Mr. Bean before him, Dahmer was a cannibal. He was a homosexual that would lure men back from the club and after getting them all drugged up, he would rape them, kill them, and then eat them. He's an interesting person because these events took place only a few decades ago, and the United States doesn't have many cannibalistic cases pop up often. There was even a chance for Dahmer to be caught before he was finally caught. One of his victims had managed to escape and run down a policeman, only for Dahmer to convince the officer that the man was intoxicated and allow him to be taken back with Dahmer. It's a shame what people can accomplish if they only pay attention. After being caught and put into prison, Dahmer was soon attacked and beaten to death. There had actually been a few attacks on his life, with the second one finally doing enough damage to give him severe head trauma and lead to his death. An interesting fact about the movie is that Dahmer is played by Jeremy Renner, who got his first start in that movie, and eventually went on to star in the Bourne Legacy series and portrayed the hero Hawkeye in the Avengers movie. The number one serial killer on this list probably has the least amount of deaths on his resume, but he inspired more popular movies than all of the rest of these characters combined...
