3. Twisted (Samuel L. Jackson)

A rare dud for legendary filmmaker Philip Kaufman (The Right Stuff), Twisted strands Samuel L. Jackson, Ashley Judd and Andy Garcia in a glorified straight-to-video thriller that somehow, someway actually landed a theatrical release, not to mention a $50 million budget.

Every frame of this movie bleeds the 1990s...even though it came out in 2004, from its clear attempt to cash in on the erotic thriller boom of the 90s about a decade too late, to its ludicrous plot twists, and inevitable avalanche of thriller cliches.

It's relatively short and fun to watch with a few glasses of wine, but as the serious thriller it was trying to be? An absolute disaster.
