10 Best (And Worst) Comic Book Superheroes On The Big Screen

9. Spider-Man - The Amazing Spider-Man2012-amazing-spider-man Five years for a reboot...five years? No, never, not going to happen, and then we saw Andrew Garfield's Peter Parker. He was slight of frame, slight of character, and his Spider-Man could drag an audience to the floor laughing. Let's be perfectly honest, we all wanted something to chase away that terrible taste in our mouth that was Spider-Man 3. But we were treated to some tried-and-true loyalty to the comics. Crazed megalomaniac trying to change the world "for the better". And whoever didn't laugh at his "weakness for small knives", probably missed the point for superhero movies. Epic battle scenes, memorable one-liners, and bringing the new costume to the fray, Garfield's Spider-Man made us fall in love with your friendly neighborhood web-slinger again.

8. Agent K - MIB

tommy-lee-jones-as-agent-k-in-men-in-black (1) The face, the legend, the letter. Tommy Lee Jones is Agent K, the man keeping the world safe and ignorant, all without moving a facial muscle. Marvel's series on the "truth" of government conspiracy theories was never wildly popular, whilst Jones' films were a fanboy's dream. Agent K has been with the MIB for decades, and trains a new flamboyant partner, all the while making sure the existence of the planet (and many times the universe) isn't threatened by some idiot alien with delusions of taking over the galaxy. T hrough three films, Agent K has become America's most beloved portrayal of "The Man", to the point of extreme parody in the latest film with Josh Brolin. Honestly, if you don't remember these films, you were most likely Neuralized.
