10 Best Horror Movies To Watch On Disney+

3. Return To Oz

Don't Look Under The Bed
Buena Vista

The sequel to the 1939 classic is a downright horror film.

After escaping from a psychiatric hospital, Dorothy once again finds herself back in the world of Oz. This time around, she must make new allies and battle through the horrors of the now dystopian land to free the people of the former kingdom of wonders from the clutches of evil.

Return to Oz is by far the scariest movie on this list. Not the best, mind, but the scariest. It's one of those films that you see late at night when you're a kid and aren't sure if what you're watching is real or some sort of nightmare broadcasted right onto your TV screen. If you say that the Wheelers and the room full of severed lady heads weren't enough to freak the pants right off of you, you're lying.

Everything about Return to Oz is in complete contrast to the original film. It is a bleak, creepy, goosebumps inducing terror trip that is far scarier than it has any reason to be.

The Wicked Witch of the West has nothing on this.
