10 Best Movie Terrorists

3. Raoul Silva - Skyfall

"What is this if not betrayal? She sent you off to me, knowing you're not ready, knowing you're likely die. Mommy was very bad."
Blofeld might have been more a more dastardly villain with his SPECTRE criminal organization and epic volcano lair but it wasn't until Skyfall that we saw an absolutely ruthless terrorist for Bond to face off against. With a mix of Alec Trevelyan€™s fallen agent and Franz Sanchez€™s ability to destroy those closest to Bond, Raoul Silva is not only a great Bond villain; he's one of the greatest movie terrorists of recent years. Silva is a man driven by revenge and M, the head of MI6, is not safe from him. From the bomb at MI6 headquarters to storming her government tribunal...nowhere is off limits. His associates fear him. His enemies are powerless before him (he publicly reveals the identities of several secret agents, leading to their deaths) and ultimately he wins. Bond may have risen victorious but it was at the cost of M's life. The Method Behind His Madness To destroy M by waging war on MI6 itself. Check out this electric reunion with his former commander. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMOYiV7hUR0 The Degree Of Terror And Destruction He Leaves In His Wake Bond's family home. The London underground and MI6 headquarters. His Sheer Force Of Character The ability to disguise himself to gain access to anywhere he likes, a world that fears him and a truly horrific physical disfigurement. Raoul Silva is not a man to be messed with.
