There may be some questions over whether her sacrifice should have counted to the Soul Stone (since someone else had to give up their most loved thing), but nonetheless, the sight of Black Widow tossing herself into oblivion so that her fellow Avengers had a chance to reverse Thanos' crime against existence was shocking and devastating.
