7. Sylvester Stallone Returning For Rambo V
Millenium FilmsNow that Sylvester Stallone appears to be done with the geriatric Expandables franchise, he's looking to return to his roots and take on one of his more iconic projects: Rambo. Talk of a fifth film have circulated ever since the 2008 film, but it looks like things may finally be coming to fruition. According to German film financier and distributor Splendid Medien AG, Stallone will return for Rambo V and face off against a Mexican drug cartel. He will apparently write the film, which is described as his version of No Country For Old Men. Of course, take the news with a grain of salt for now, as we still have yet to receive an official statement from either Stallone or Millennium Entertainment. Still, this is the most credible source we've heard from regarding this long-running franchise, and with Stallone's schedule about to open up, I wouldn't rule this one out.
