Doctor Strange is currently prepped to begin shooting this autumn in England, so there is as yet no footage to unveil. However Marvel did see fit to showcase some bonkers concept art for the new film, with spectators also treated to a video-call from star Benedict Cumberbatch. The concept art displayed had Strange (made to look like Cumberbatch, giving one a good idea of how the final product will appear) dressed in his famous red collar and with some graying at the temples. More interesting though are images that show whole cityscapes tossed into disarray, with cars and buildings thrown into Inception styled anti-grav chaos. Doctor Strange certainly won't be parring back in terms of scale. It seems that Doctor Strange will blend a traditional rendition of the Marvel hero with a very modern blockbuster aesthetic. Cumberbatch himself described it as "Girls, cars, explosions, and a bit of astral projecting into multiple dimensions." Sold. Doctor Strange hits the UK on the 28th October 2016 before bowing in the US a week later on 4th November.
