There have been rumours doing the rounds on the internet recently with regards to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and its potential for a Young Han Solo cameo. Given that the Young Han Solo spin-off movie is set for release in a couple of years, it makes sense that the studio would want to establish the character in an earlier film. Despite the fact that Han Solo's appearing in a movie set between Episodes III and IV (one set to chronicle the adventures of a group of Rebels out to steal the Death Star plans, no less) doesn't quite make sense, there's no use pretending that this wouldn't be anything other than insanely exciting - and a good way to draw anybody who might not be convinced that Rogue One will be worth their time into the theatres, wouldn't you say? Disney have apparently whittled the list of potential actors for Young Han Solo down to just 12, which includes Miles Teller (yes!), Dave Franco (ugh!) and Logan Lerman (nope). To be honest, though, whoever it turns out to be, fans will eagerly await this cameo - here's hoping that the studio don't get cold feet and just decide to let it happen. Like this article?
