Egghead, AKA Elihas Starr, fashioned himself as Hank Pym's "archenemy." Though it's unclear if Hank felt the same way, the bald supergenius was determined to stop Ant-Man and the Wasp at every turn back in their original comic book run in Tales To Astonish.

However, the film version of Elihas Starr was killed off in a flashback in Ant-Man and the Wasp. This version of Starr betrayed Hank Pym by developing his own version of the Quantum Tunnel and accidentally killing himself with it.

That said, when has being dead ever stopped anyone in comics? Egghead could have survived the explosion, lying in wait in the Quantum Realm all these years.
