7. Spy Kids
Mirror, mirror on the wall, what can you, uh, tell us about the unprofessionalism associated with the filming of
Spy Kids? A lot, actually, given that a crew member can be seen reflected in this scene from Robert Rodriguez's action movie for children. I don't know how anybody managed to miss this one in post-production, so I'm going to assume that they saw it and just hoped that audiences wouldn't notice - it probably wasn't worth going at it with CGI or anything, I guess. Then again, how long would it have taken to just get rid of something so small?
