10 DCEU Concept Designs Better Than What We Got

When Superman saved the world from General Zod and his attempt to terraform it Krypton-style, a statue was built to honour him in an area of Metropolis that would become known as Heroes Park.

The statue depicts Supes kneeling, striking an odd pose, but this wasn't the only design that was considered. Concept art from Batman v Superman shows a more aesthetic and creative version of the sculpture based on the Man of Steel in flight.

The statue was destroyed during the battle with Doomsday and replaced with a memorial to the fallen hero, and this was the site where he fought the other Justice League members in the wake of his resurrection.

Now that Superman is alive once again, perhaps the memorial will be replaced with this design. It sees to fit in with the theme of Supes having risen again.
