Played By: Christoph Waltz The Villain: In at number one is the villain we all love to hate; the Jew-hunting, pipe-smoking, milk-loving Col. Hans Landa. He is more dastardly than the eponymous Dick as he helps set the events of the film in motion by the calculating and deductive discovery (and subsequent slaughter) of the Dreyfuss family during the film's opening. Cruel, egotistical and ruthless you say? That's a bingo. Most Despicable Moment: 'If the shoes fits you must wear it' says Col. Hans Landa to Bridget Von Hammersmark, German actress and allied spy, right before strangling her to death with his bare hands. This up close and brutal murder is made all the more abhorrent when Landa reveals his plans later in the film to switch sides therefore rendering the murder of Hammersmark pointless. At the film's close he is ready to go to America and slip into civilian life as an allied war hero. Fortunately Lt. Aldo Raine has other ideas and gives him a little something he won't be able to remove as easily as his uniform. That's the list done, we hope you enjoyed it.
