10 Disney Pixar Actors Who Are No Longer With Us
5. George Carlin
Who He Was
Acerbic, black comedy legend George Carlin was one of the most influential stand-up comedians of all time and a virulent social commenter taking aim at the establishment. He is probably best known to mainstream audiences for his role as Rufus in the Bill & Ted movies, and as Cardinal Ignatius Glick in Kevin Smith's Dogma.
Role: Fillmore
As a drug advocate, Carlin was the natural choice for hippie VW campervan Fillmore, who he based on his comedy creation Al Sleet the Hippy Dippy Weather Man. The homebrewing Transporter too was a strong advocate of natural products just like Carlin.
