10 Disney Villains You Actually Root For

9. Kronk

Appeared in: The Emperor's New Groove (2000) Starring in one of the kookier entries in Disney's official animated film line-up, Kronk is the sidekick to scheming royal advisor Yzma - otherwise known as the one who turned narcissistic emperor Kuzco into a llama. While he is Yzma's henchman and therefore a villain, Kronk is still good-natured and dim-witted, making him both the funniest and most likeable character in the film. His pratfalls and moments of outstanding stupidity entertain the kids while his fourth wall-breaking antics do the same for adults ("How did you get here before us?" "You got me. By all accounts, it doesn't make sense."). New Groove is a fun buddy movie, in which the llama emperor finds friendship with a lowly farmer, but Kronk is still the character we are watching it for. As the breakout star of the film, Kronk even got his own spin-off sequel called, you guessed it, Kronk's New Groove.
