In The Human Centipede, a deranged surgeon called Dr. Joseph Heiter abducts three people and surgically joins them together so they can serve as his pet. (Not sure why. Getting a dog is much easier.) Although he's obviously nuts, there's no question Heiter has a fair bit of grey matter, since he was able to perform such a complex operation.

But that's not always the case. When a pair of police officers come to his house to investigate the whereabouts of Heiter's prisoners, the doctor plays it cool to avoid arousing suspicion. And since Heiter is hoping to add the detectives to his centipede, he offers them glasses of water laced with sedatives.

But as the cops continue to probe Heiter, he starts screaming. And not just "normal human screaming". He screeches in such a crazed manner, the cops would immediately think, "Okay, this guy definitely kidnapped those teenagers."

To make him look more suspicious, Heiter then begins yelling at the cops, ordering him to drink his water. When they refuse, Heiter holds the glass right up to one of them, shaking it violently. Despite the fact Heiter should be trying to maintain a low-profile, his behaviour couldn't have made him more like suspect.
