A hugely successful recording artist and movie star, JLo was a pop-culture behemoth at her peak, headlining movies and breaking recording sales records across the globe. Her relationship with Affleck though, and the critical and commercial stink of their joint project Gigli, threw all this into disarray.

The movie world pretty much decided her time was up, and after a string of failures JLo focused on music and made a career pivot to TV, where she admittedly didn't suffer for work.
