And no wonder: it strikes the perfect balance between irresistibly sexual and outrageously funny. It would be completely NSFW if one were to listen to it on speakers... and yet, just watching the visuals, one is carried by the humor of the situation, Billy Crystal's perfectly timed reactions, and of course, the famous line that ends it all. Meg Ryan's commitment to this scene is truly impressive. Her exaggerated moans and groans are enough to turn anyone on, and the fact that she can switch it on and off so easily and effortlessly should be a testament to men everywhere that yes, women can and do fake orgasms. Although I doubt any of them can do it as well as Meg Ryan. Sexiest Moment: "I'll have what she's having!" By the way, the actress who plays the restaurant patron is Rob Reiner's mother. Sexy.
