5. Sinister Six
Cabin in the Woods director, Drew Goddard, is rumoured to be the director of the Sinister Six movie - but what would a Spider-Man villains movie be like? A good storyline to start with would be Spider-Man: Reign where the crazy Mayor Waters of NYC forced a version of the team - consisting of Scorpion, Electro, Mysterio, Kraven the Hunter, Sandman and Hydro-Man - to kill Spider-Man by bombs implanted in them if they attempted to leave the city. The storyline is exciting and action packed as Spidey has to take down some of his most dangerous foes in a tense battle to the end. The storyline could be altered so that none of them actually die but are captured instead and sent to the Raft. The great thing about the Sinister Six is that there's no fixed line-up - it's constantly changing. And with Spidey's extensive range of villains, there could be an endless stream of villains to fight the Sinister Six, and they could even crossover to Venom/Carnage as their opponents. The Six are also a colourful, interesting bunch and exploring their personalities and the group dynamics could be something we've never seen before in a superhero movie.
