4. Venom (Sonic Vibrations)
Venom is one of the main villains from Spider-Man's extensive comic book rogues gallery and appeared in the third movie of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy. He was Eddie Brock and he gained his powers when an alien parasite attached itself to him, giving him the enhanced abilities of the first being it came in to contact with when it arrived on Earth - that being Spider-Man. As a result, Venom had the same powerset as Spider-Man - only better. So he was stronger, more durable and faster than the webbed wonder, as well as having his wall-crawling and web-slinging abilities. But he was also completely vulnerable to sonic vibrations, to the extent that any loud noises would cause the parasite to flee, leaving Brock powerless. Spider-Man defeated him when, after remembering his earlier reaction to a church bell, he surrounded him with metal pipes and proceeded to hit them with another pipe, making a loud metallic noise that forced the parasite away from Brock.
