6. Loki Will Be Working With Thanos

We've already seen Loki working with Thanos, as he led the Mad Titan's Chitauri army in the invasion of Earth in the first Avengers movie. He failed and "The Other" informed Loki that Thanos would make him "wish for something as sweet as pain" if indeed that was to happen - and yet Loki is still alive and sitting pretty on the throne of Asgard. Because of this, Loki must have done something to appease Thanos (we think he's handed Odin over to him, but that's just a wild theory) and, as a result, he is back on his good side. Loki will, therefore, take the role Mephisto had in the Infinity Gauntlet arc - working as Thanos' underling in his quest to rule the universe - and he will also do the same as Mephisto and attempt to usurp him and take the Infinity Gauntlet for himself.
