6. Finding Dory (2015)
Pixar struck gold ten years ago with the release of Finding Nemo, which grossed a whopping $921 million globally. It was the highest-grossing G-rated film of all time before Toy Story 3 overtook it, and currently stands as the 25th highest-grossing film ever. Earlier this year Pixar announced their plans for a sequel, titled Finding Dory, that will be released on November 25, 2015. Though diehard Pixar fans resent the studio's recent sequel trend, there's no denying that Finding Dory will be an enormous box office success. Finding Nemo is the highest-selling DVD of all time, and has only gotten more popular since its release and grossed an additional $21.8 million with last year's 3D re-release. Considering the success of the first film, as well as the 3D up-charge that will undoubtedly accompany Finding Dory, it's pretty much a sure bet that the film will strike box office gold. Especially if it lives up to the quality of its predecessor.
