4. Sir Ben Kingsley
Without doubt Ben Kingsley is a fantastic actor; he won an Academy Award for his role in Gandhi and in the years after has appeared in a number of quality productions such as Schindler's List, Sexy Beast and Hugo. Despite this success, however, since winning the Oscar Sir Ben seems to have lost the ability to say no. His other credits read like those of a struggling novice or over-the-hill has-been. Just some of these films include his own science fiction vehicle Species, the live action Thunderbirds and what was probably his lowest moment, the Uwe Boll film BloodRayne. Despite his chequered filmography, I am still hopeful for his upcoming roll as The Mandarin in Iron Man 3, but for such a magnificent performer I am still concerned whenever I hear that he has been cast in a film. I get wanting to diversify your roles, but I would rather he stop doing it at the expense of his dignity.
