7. Red Skull

As the current King of Asgard, following his deception in Thor: The Dark World, Loki now has access to the Tesseract, which is being stored there. The Tesseract, of course, is the same item that appeared to consume the Red Skull at the end of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Many may assume that the Nazi madman was killed by it, but the unpredictable and unique nature of the Tesseract could mean that it simply sent him somewhere or absorbed his essence into itself. If the latter is true, then he may still exist within it. Imagine Loki has a hold of the Tesseract. He holds it up, closes his eyes, concentrates and a wave of energy bursts out of it. The energy slowly manifests in to a solid, human form to reveal the Red Skull, who was trapped inside it, and we have another potential villain team-up on our hands, potentially starting another Masters of Evil incarnation.
