7. Battle In A Well
If youve never seen Army of Darkness or are unfamiliar with it, its thematically over the top and involves Ash being transported back to medieval (or medieval dead times) and fighting hordes of Deadites there too. Its largely excellently crafted slapstick comedy but its not without its violent scenes either. Upon arriving, Ash is kidnapped by Lord Arthurs men out of suspicion that hes an enemy. Another hostage with him is knocked down a well where a captive Deadite apparently resides. This is made more obvious when a flowing fountain of red blood shoots skyward out of the well splattering everyone. After that poor unfortunate b**tards death, Ash himself is knocked down the well to seemingly meet his demise. However, as we all know Ash is a bonafide Deadite slaying badass in this film, so he not only holds his own but catches the chainsaw tossed to him out of newfound respect for the fight hes putting up. The Deadite jumps towards Ash and is hacked to bloody pieces.
