1. Jack - Friday the 13th
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6vLU_wd-YM Jack has just finished having sex with Marcie on the lower bunk in one of the bungalows and, while she leaves to clean herself up, he enjoys a nice joint. It is disturbingly quiet, but Jack doesnt seem to mind. After a puff or two, Jack starts to feel something dripping on his forehead. As he lifts his hand and wipes it away, discovering that it is blood, a hand comes out from under the bed, pinning his head to the pillow and an arrow comes up through the mattress and out of his throat. He bleeds to death, slowly and painfully. I have selected this death as my number one greatest death ever because it is so evil, so unfortunate that it is unmatched by any other. Though there is a similar death in Part III, this is the first time we have seen the killers true nature. He hunts. He kills. He wins. However, as we all know, this is not Jason. This is Mrs. Voorhees, the truly vengeful mother of Jason. What most audiences dont take into consideration is the commitment that came with Jacks kill. Not only did Mrs. Voorhees have the daunting task of shoving Neds dead body onto the top bunk of the very bunk bed Jack and Marcie have sex on later, but she had to sit and wait for her next victim in silence. Just sitting under the bed, arrow in hand, poised and ready for the perfect moment to strike. She sits through the sex, waits for Marcie to leave, and makes her successful move. This death solidifies her psychotic state as overprotective mother and vengeful villain. When you think of all that she went through, it is no wonder she has proven to be unstoppable until she takes that last decapitating blow. If she hadnt lost her head, Mrs. Voorhees would have let her anger take her through the entire series, no problem. She was crazy and very, very scary. Like this kills? Which ones have we missed?
