And as Tropic Thunder's slimy studio executive Les Grossman, not only is this one of the actor's more memorable roles but it's also one of the few supporting characters who truly deserve their own spin-off. Why? Have you seen the guy dance? It's the most disturbing- yet seductive- thing you'll ever see. As he throws some rather aggressive shapes to Ludacris' 'Get Back' during the closing credits, we're by turns impressed and intimidated. Either way, it's impossible to draw our eyes away.
