10 Gross Out Comedy Scenes That Made You Lose Your Lunch

9. Dirty Love (2005) €“ Period

dirtylove If you can call this movie a comedy, then it definitely deserves a place on this list. Jenny McCarthy plays Rebecca Sommers; a photographer, who is heartbroken when she finds her model boyfriend, Richard (Victor Webster), cheating on her. The film follows her starting again after the relationship and dating a series of bizarre men. Nominated for several Golden Raspberry Awards, Dirty Love never ceases to have cringe-worthy comedy that fails to bring laughs. However, I am not here to discuss the merits of the film, only the one scene that can make anyone€™s stomachs churn. It€™s the period scene. At any mention of the menstrual cycle, most people become squeamish but this film takes it one step further. Or rather many, as Rebecca literally runs through the store clutching her extra-large packet of pads. As if a couple of spots falling from the depths of her skirt were not enough, in the name of comedy she races around the store leaving a trail of blood behind her. Of course, Rebecca tries to save herself from the awkward situation by going to the store toilet, only to find it occupied €“ and probably for a long time judging by the grotesque sounds coming from the inside. From here, the scene just gets worse, with an old lady slipping, falling and covering herself in Rebecca€™s red liquid. It should be hilarious but it€™s just too disgusting. The only saving grace to this scene is the sheer amount of blood; by the end, Rebecca finds herself sat in a pool of it. Despite it being utterly disgusting; unless someone knows nothing of the female anatomy (or maybe they have a serious medical issue), no one can take this scene seriously. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_OMUgTFQhw
