10 Haunting Movies That F*ck With Your Mind

10. Triangle (2009)

Triangle is a little seen horror movie that you won't forget in a hurry - kind of impossible, even, given that you'll want to spend at least an hour or two in the aftermath of watching it trying to get your head around its bizarre, time travel-based plot happenings. Set - for the most part - on an abandoned ship, Triangle stars Melissa George as a single mother, Jess, who winds up being stalked by a deranged killer when she boards it with a group of friends. But whereas the movie could have settled on just being another generic slasher flick, it has ambition to be something more: namely, a mindf*ck of a motion picture. Jess is caught in an unexpected time loop, see, and must use her wits to survive. Triangle was directed by British director Christopher Smith, who has produced some good films (Severance, Black Death) and some not-so-good films (Creep). This is his best, by far - the kind of underrated, melt your brain madness with all the makings of a cult classic.
