This myth managed to spread like wildfire because the sheer nature of Who Framed Roger Rabbit sort of invites it anyway, given that it's a film that on the surface is aimed at children, yet fondly recalls 1940s film noir, and is one of the most disturbing films featuring cartoon characters you've ever seen. It can therefore (barely) be believed that an animation team working on a project like this might end up sneaking in something rather salacious, especially given that Jessica Rabbit is already an overtly sexualised femme fatale moll-type character. If paused at the right moment, the myth suggests, Jessica's private parts are available for your viewing...pleasure?...fully animated in the most graphic detail. Still, horny fanboys have spent many a night scanning through every last frame of the scene searching for it; it's not there, but again, as with The Lion King, animation has such a strange reputation for this sort of thing that it's easily believable.
