7. Craig (Creep)
Craig is a hideously deformed, mentally ill hermit. He resides in an abandoned and hidden abortion clinic behind the visible walls of an underground London tube station and preys on anyone who happens to be in there on an evening, conducting faux abortions on them and generally murdering them in horrific ways. Craig is ultimately killed via a hook to the neck which, when attached to an oncoming train, rips his throat out. However, it is fairly clear that he's been carrying out his murders for some time. You have to wonder, therefore, why the many deaths he has caused haven't been traced to people who were last seen (on CCTV or by witnesses) heading in to the tube station at night. This is another example of a character who has been allowed to cause a lot more damage than he should have been allowed to cause, based on pure police incompetence.
