10 Huge Hollywood Actors We All Loved (But Now Hate)

5. Sandra Bullock

We Love You Moment: Speed (1994) Following some supporting turns in films like Demolition Man and The Vanishing, Sandra Bullock hit it big with Speed. Playing the bus driving love interest to Keanu Reeves' heroic cop America found its latest sweetheart. Down to earth, pretty and funny, Sandra epitomised the film star version of the girl-next-door. She made rubbish like The Net and Practical Magic but they did nothing to dent her popularity as this hard working girl from Virginia went on to make 25 films during the next 15 years before the one that turned the tide...
We Want A Divorce Moment: The Blind Side (2009) The Blind Side may have won Sandra Bullock an Oscar but the only acting worth praising in this insidious story of poor impoverished black people (which only succeeded thanks to the generosity of white Christians) was Sandra Bullock's backside (and possibly the cameraman for focusing on said derriere every five minutes). A cut of the profits earned her a cool $20 million which is possibly the reason why she has only made 3 films since 2009, the best of which being Gravity. Technically excellent but bereft of character and depth, its fortunate for Sandra Bullock that Gravity only required her to emote shock and panic for 90mins due to the amount of Botox she's had rendering any other emotion impossible. Her entry on this list may be controversial for some, considering her recent People Magazine award, but I consider her inclusion a pre-cognitive addition. This is based on the fact that she's well and truly on the clichéd path trod by many a fading star once they've won their Oscar; plastic surgery and sequels. The Heat 2 is in pre-production and we can expect Gravity 2: Newton's Revenge in theatres by 2020. Chances Of Getting Back Together: Likely, but without Gravity she'd come crashing back to Earth.
