8. Death Proof - The Car Crash

But what makes this scene stand out in a film full of gore. Two words - severed legs. Jungle Julia and her crew are on their way home, driving irresponsibly, listening to an obscure band on a pirate radio station, and dancing around whilst they should be driving, carelessly sticking their limbs out of the car. And that's when Stuntman Mike hits them. The severed limb is actually just icing on the cake. The real bloody moment in this scene is when a tyre from Stuntman Mike's car comes through the window and basically drives over Arlene's face. Yep.
