7. Jason's Hockey Mask
I could list a ton of horror icons and their toys, from Freddy's claws to Leatherfaces's chainsaw to Michael Myers Captain Kirk mask, but I'm going to stick with Jason Voorhees hockey mask. He's worn the thing in nine (can you believe it) movies and it's the cheapest costume I ever owned. I bought a mask years ago - slide it on and borrow a kitchen knife and you're ready to scare trick-or-treaters to death. Trivia: There has actually been eleven movies with Jason in it, but he didn't start wearing the mask until the third installment.
8. Dorothy's Ruby Slippers
I still love Wizard of Oz, and marvel how even to this day it doesn't seem dated to me at all. The whole point of the movie was the slippers - all that witch wanted was her sister's shoes! No wonder, as one of the few pairs left were sold for over $600,000 in auction and another is sitting in the Smithsonian.
