8. Ma-Ma (Dredd)

Judge Dredd doesn't exactly have a huge abundance of villains going up against him in the comic books - the Dark Judges, the Angel Gang and a handful of little-known and uninspired individuals make up his rogues gallery - and that's probably why the main bag girl in the 2012 film was created specifically for the movie. Ma-Ma - real name Madeline Madrigal - was a former prostitute who had become a criminal kingpin and drug lord. Her personality is chillingly calm and she is actually a sadistic psychopath, taking pleasure in torturing her victims in the most sickening ways imaginable. As the distributor of a new drug called "Slo-Mo" (which alters the user's perception of time to 1% of the norm), she gets Dredd's attention and sets out to kill him as a result, causing him all kinds of problems before her ultimate defeat.
